Morning, Day 7……………..
Feeling GREAT! All systems Go! Mental fog clearing, kidneys and adrenals feel sparkly and new, I feel positivity around me, radiating from my intestines of all places. My home has changed during this, so much more organized, energized and open. I feel relaxed, and feel great things coming on the horizon! I broadcast that out to you, my dear readers!
Yesterday big detoxification. Low energy. Fog. Perked up in the evening meeting my raw fu buds! How fun was that? These guys are so awesome, and we had so much fun…we talked for hours but as it was, we were getting hints from the servers, like plates being taken, is there anything else we can do etc. We did have them snap this shot of this lively live crew:

On to other subjects…I LOVE MSM…I am in love with MSM! I love taking a teaspoon of that crystal powder and putting it into a quart of water. I respond really well to it!
Which leads me to my morning routine. I start off with a quart of h20 with 1tsp msm, then a quart of h20 with 1 tbs of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar, and all this is followed by 1 cup of aloe vera juice with a capful of colloidal gold. This will be pretty much standard throughout the feast.

Evening, Day 7…Tonight Heidi noticed my tongue had a red stripe down the center and was white on the edges. Hey neopolitongue! So that tells me that my body, even after a year of raw, I still had some major toxins to throw off.
While writing this I had a triple Syncronicity, tight! Surfed to a website called juicefasting.org, then took a sip of juice, then the song Ini Kamoze – Here Comes the Hotstepper from xmradio.com sang at the very moment the juice hit my tongue, “JUICE” like a strawberry”. All within a matter of about 3 seconds. That was a fun one.
OK well, it’s evening now and time to go watch the Olympics on the ol’ DVR.

How exciting to meet up with fellow Raw Fu’ers; you guys are all gorgeous! Glad your feasting is going so well. I loved the note about your home being so much organized and energized. It just seems when we get ourselves comfortable our surroundings change with us, doesn’t it? The outer really does reflect the inner.

I was so excited for you two when I heard you were going to meet up with friends you’ve met through your blogs. It always amazes me at how comfortable I am with the online friends I have, when we meet in person for the first time.
It also gives me a lot of faith in people. I’ve read a few times that bloggers (or any other online socializing) aren’t always who they seem to be, because they are able to hide behind their computer. I’ve never had that experience, thankfully. All my online peeps are just as awesome in real life as they are on their blogs.
